Information such as child's name, home and cellular phone numbers and/or medical alert information can be engraved with approximately ten words on the back of tag.
ORDERING INSTRUCTION:

- During checkout process, you will see fields that you can enter your instructions.
- Enter texts for engraving in the filed, called "Special Instruction", when you get the billing information page at checkout.
We are happy to arrange the layout of texts for you, but if you wish to work on it yourself and specify texts line by line, please skip the above instruction for engraving information, and email or fax us your request after the checkout including your Tag Square order number to avoid delays. Your order number will appear on the screen as soon as you click the finalize button at the end of checkout. If you provide us with a valid email address, we will email an order receipt confirmation, which also include your order number.
